Moroccan Charity Projects
LIBRARY:
A cultural facility with books in Arabic and English aimed at promoting
a better and wider Knowledge of Moroccan cultural, history, geography, and institutions.
HANDICRAFT SHOWCASE:
What a better way to introduce authentic aspects of Morocco to
people from different cultural. Backgrounds then through its handicrafts
that have been made in the some traditional fashion for centuries
,thus reflecting the specific character of a society with a long-standing
history.
RECEPTION AND SUPORT SERVICE:
Recent experience of Moroccan Emigration in the United States shows
that our young community is in a Desperate need for a support mechanism
to be made available to newcomers, irrespective of their background
and skills.
LANGUAGE CLASSES:
Including:
- English courses for adult new immigrants.
- Arabic courses for children of the Moroccan community.
SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL SERVICE:
Including:
-Summer camps for children of the Moroccan community.
-Social events with live Moroccan music and food, the proceeds
of which are to be devoted to charity work.
